Telehealth will be a service available with MonashHeart specialists including cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons and nurse consultants to patients and families, particularly those who live in rural and regional Victoria and interstate who wish to consult with a cardiac specialist by video. We will recommend that your first appointment with your cardiac specialist takes place in person onsite at a MonashHeart site.

Note: Dr Tony White will pilot a trial of telehealth for his Bairnsdale patients commencing in September 2017, before being extended to other cardiac specialists at our three service sites.
