Kiwanis donation buys new baby weigh scales
In a wonderful gesture of support of MonashHeart’s paediatric echocardiogram services, Kiwanis Club Brighton, donated $1500 for the purchase of three much needed highly accurate medical grade baby weigh scales. In a thank you to Kiwanis, it was acknowledged that the addition of new baby scales at each of our MonashHeart sites represented a vast improvement in the ability to accurately weigh a baby before an heart ultrasound, ensuring highly accurate measurements could be determined and thus best diagnosis and management assured to even the smallest of patients undergoing an echocardiogram.
