Marcus Crossett

Marcus Crossett – Ba App Sc(Medical Radiations) CT Radiographer

Marcus Crossett has over 17 years’ experience in all facets of advanced CT scanning, including CT angiography. He has taken a particular interest in cardiac CT since its inception more than five years ago and has presented on this topic at a number of professional education meetings nationwide. He has also played a key role in the development and testing of advanced CT scanning software, including cardiac CT, through a number of beta testing programs at Knox Private Hospital.


Associate Professor Brian Ko – BSc (Medicine), MBBS (Hons), MD, PhD, FRACP, FCSANZ, FSCCT, Cardiologist

Brian is currently appointed as consultant /interventional cardiologist and specialist in cardiac CT at MonashHeart. He is an Associate Professor in Medicine and supervisor of PhD students at Monash University. Brian graduated with Honours at the University of New South Wales in 2000 and completed his cardiology training at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney in 2008 (FRACP). He then completed his interventional/ PhD fellowship at MonashHeart in 2012, and was awarded his PhD in 2013 for his work on CT stress perfusion imaging. Dr Michael Leung – MBBS(Hons), PhD, FRACP, Cardiologist

Dr Michael Leung graduated from Monash University with honours in 1995, and has subsequently completed an impressive array of traineeships in clinical cardiology and cardiology research. Michael undertook further specialist training for five years as the interventional fellow/PhD fellow at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, before relocating to South Australia for two years to complete a post doctoral cardiology fellowship in cardiac CT (level 2) and MRI (level 2) with Professor Stephen Worthley at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. View full profile

Associate Professor Philip Mottram is a clinical cardiologist and non invasive imaging specialist with expertise in all forms of echocardiography (TTE, stress and TOE) as well as cardiac CT. Associate Professor Mottram completed his undergraduate degree at Monash University with a high distinction, winning three prestigious university prizes.
